What to expect

Transformational Life Coach | Visionary Speaker | Entrepreneur
Founder of Kick-Ass Strong

She doesn’t just speak — she shifts the room.
Transformational talks that move hearts, shift minds, and spark action.

Marvie Tschetter-Grossman has a rare gift — she connects with audiences in a way that feels personal, powerful, and real. She doesn’t just speak to a room; she awakens it.

Marvie makes everyone feel they’re meant to be there — because she truly believes they are. Her calm yet commanding presence invites people to drop their guard, listen deeply, and rediscover their own strength. With relatable stories, thought-provoking questions, and just the right dose of humor, she creates moments that linger long after the event ends.

She gives 110% of herself before, during, and after every presentation because she knows someone in that audience needs to hear her message that day. She tells it like it is — no sugarcoating, no hype — just truth, experience, and transformation.

A highly accomplished businesswoman, Marvie is the CEO of a manufacturing and distribution company and the founder of Kick-Ass Strong, a movement dedicated to helping women live powerfully, purposefully, and unapologetically. She understands leadership because she’s lived it — building teams, navigating male-dominated industries, and earning recognition as one of the most enterprising leaders in her state.

Marvie bridges boardroom strategy with soulful wisdom. She teaches that real leadership begins within — through self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the courage to care deeply. Her audiences leave inspired by the simplicity of her message and amazed at how quickly life begins to shift when we lead from authenticity and intention.

Kick-Ass Strong represents her own evolution — from feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt to unshakable confidence and purpose. It’s a message for every woman who’s ready to rise — not by fighting harder, but by standing taller.

If you scan the audience during Marvie’s talk, you’ll see smiles, laughter, knowing nods — and maybe a few people scribbling “aha moments” on napkins. Because with Marvie, transformation doesn’t feel like work; it feels like remembering who you were always meant to be.
