My life story responds to many messages we attempt to convey to our youth, young adult males and families. For those requiring practical solutions, evidenced-based theories, and humor, accompanying an experience full of M.A.D. lessons and a means to build assets, I assist. What does it mean to be M.A.D.? Making A Difference! This is a reason to strategically create your personal or professional identity or to simply ignite your own ideas.

My story resonates and too often is explored within movies only. For several hundred thousand other young, uneducated, and less focused men, this is real life with a very sad ending. Change it! Hear how it has been done! Discover what you can do! Realize what you did not do! Let's get M.A.D. about it! I have taught my students, professional peers and audiences how to edit their own script using scripture, academics, intrinsic motivation, forecasting and preparation.
As a teen, I held the title of being "functionally illiterate." Since then, I earned highlights to add to my resume. I hold a degree in Psychology, an MBA and am now a candidate for a doctorate degree in Business Administration from Argosy University with a concentration in International Business and Management. In addition, I have been blessed with many honors and awards within my profession and from community members. Awards are gracious and humbling gifts. I enjoy the greater reward of interacting with audiences.

As a husband, father and community leader, I hold personal and familial leadership with the highest regard. Family systems, power struggles with adolescents and healthy marital interactions require patience, structured interventions, and tools for ongoing practice. I deliver learning exercises to increase your competency regarding your own family unit. Let's get M.A.D. about it! I don't give warnings stating, "Do NOT try this at home!" These actions plans, devised using sound theoretical orientation, begin during my presentation but work best when tried in family homes. Let's create stable marital unions and learn how to behave so our children will too!
