At 21, Kes LaGuerre was sentenced to seven years in prison. By his own account, the hardest part wasn't the time, it was confronting the identity that had gotten him there.
What followed was a two-decade journey of rebuilding from the inside out. Today, Kes is a globally recognized coach, trainer, and speaker who has worked with leaders and teams at some of the world's most demanding organizations.
