My name is Kelly Walker and I'm a Mental Health Therapist who has been working in the mental health field for the last 20 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Sociology and then obtained my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings. I have also worked extensively with couples and families during my career as a therapist. I have provided therapeutic services to clients who were experiencing an array of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance abuse disorders. My preferred therapeutic approaches that I use in my therapy sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy. My primary goal and objective is to create a safe space for each of my clients who are struggling with difficult life issues.
