Kelly Walker is a Mental Health Therapist, Speaker and Educator who has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Sociology and then obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kelly has extensive experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings and has also worked extensively with couples and families during her career as a therapist and coach. Kelly has provided therapy to clients who were experiencing an array of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance abuse disorders. Some of Kelly's therapeutic approaches used in therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
