Kaylyn Sahs is a rising country artist whose powerful voice and heartfelt storytelling have quickly made her one to watch. She’s already shared the stage with country stars like Jake Owen, Lainey Wilson, Chris Lane, and Lonestar, while her breakout single Wine About It earned over 2.9 million impressions and connected with fans on over 160 radio stations nationwide. Her award-winning follow-up, Boy Who Cried Forever, took home First Place in the Modern Country category of the recently announced 2024 American Songwriter Wide Open Country song contest, showcasing her raw emotion and relatable songwriting.

Kaylyn recently kicked off her next chapter with the release of her brand-new single, Song About A Truck. Playful and tongue-in-cheek, the track puts a fresh spin on the classic country theme, with Kaylyn admitting she’s not in the mood for “another song about a truck” when the guy who used to pick her up is long gone. Catchy, witty, and relatable, it’s the kind of breakup anthem that has fans smiling, singing along, and maybe even skipping the other truck songs on their playlist—for now.

Tech Rider - Band
Billing
In all types of advertising Artist shall receive 100% headline billing. Unless otherwise noted, Artist must be listed as headliner on all signs, marquees, calendars, and recorded messages. If Artist is appearing as a support act billing must be 75% type size.

Performance
Artist to retain 100% of their performance. All radio station presents, endorsements or sponsorships must be approved by the Artist’s agent prior to confirmation. A detailed proposal for any radio presents must be submitted to Artist’s agent.

Insurance
Purchaser must hold a valid and adequate comprehensive general liability policy in addition to public liability insurance.

Production Requirements
• Artist will be allowed ten (10) names on guest list (complimentary tickets), with no deductions to rider.
• Purchaser will provide safe parking near venue for Artist’s vehicles.
• Purchaser will provide and pay for P.A., monitors, and light rigs, as well as competent engineers to operate the mentioned equipment.
• Purchaser will provide spec requirements for Artist’s logo for video wall. LED backdrop, or IMAG options to display logo during performance. If AV unavailable, Purchaser will provide a means to hang Artist banner or backdrop.

Security
Artist may require a meeting with all security personnel prior to doors to discuss security procedures. Any violent or abusive treatment by any security staff member will not be accepted by Artist. Should Artist witness any such behavior, said security member will be dismissed for remainder of engagement at Artist’s discretion.

Dressing Room
The Purchaser will provide and pay for clean, well-lit, air conditioned/heated dressing room for ten (10) people with proper security to guarantee the safety of the Artist and Artist’s property. The dressing room shall contain a minimum of twelve (12) chairs, four (4) AC outlets, one (1) full length mirror, six (6) large clean towels, six (6) hand towels, and two (2) large trash bins with garbage liners.

Meal Requirements
Artist prefers a cash buyout for ten (10) people of TWENTY US Dollars ($20.00) per person on local currency at current exchange rate payable to Artist upon demand. If above meal requirements are unavailable or unacceptable, then hot nutritious meals for a minimum of ten (10) people must be provided.

Catering
The dressing room shall be furnished with the following items, UPON COMPLETION OF ARTIST SOUNDCHECK.
• Twenty-four (24) pack 16 oz. (minimum) bottles of purified drinking water (reverse osmosis preferred)
• Twenty-four (24) pack bottles or cans of Coors Light
• Hot water available upon request for tea, throat coat tea.

Please have all drinks iced down or have ice available upon request. Artist will also require five (5) bottles of purified drinking water (reverse osmosis preferred) on stage at ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Performance Rider Specifications:
• Power for sound amplification (Standard 115-120-volt, 15-amp power source—2 separate and dedicated circuits) within 25 feet of the location of “The Artist.”
• Power for lighting if required (Standard 115 – 120-volt, 15-amp power source—2 additional separate circuits) within 25 feet of the location of “The Artist.”
• Sufficient stage area for “The Artist.” (Recommended min. – 16’ deep x 30’ wide)
• If performance is scheduled for outdoors, stage must be covered and fully protected from the elements, especially rain and wind. If not covered as noted, “The Sponsor” acknowledges the risk of non-performance due to inclement weather.
• Water or non-alcoholic refreshments, free of charge.
• Smoking—if performance is scheduled indoors, the venue should be deemed non-smoking. If the venue is normally a smoking venue, “The Sponsor” agrees to prohibit smoking in and around performance area 2 hours prior to performance and 30 minutes after performance. For outdoor performances, “The Sponsor” will post signs or allow “The Artist” to post signs that prohibit smoking at least 50 feet from the stage area on all sides.
• Access, parking, and egress to and from the site of the performance at least 3 hours prior to scheduled performance time for equipment set-up and sound check and 90 minutes after completion of performance to pack up and secure gear.
• Approvals (if required) from all appropriate jurisdictions for the broadcast of amplified sound. (Discontinuation of a performance by local authorities in no way mitigates “The Sponsor’s” requirement to pay for services in full.)
• Clean restroom or dressing room facilities.
• Adequate security to ensure the safety of The Artist, crew, and families.
• Parking and accessibility near the stage for our sports utility vehicle/8’ trailer with supplemental on-site parking for other band members and crew.
• “The Artist” shall be permitted to sell its merchandise on premises with no premium or commission due the venue or “The Sponsor” on the proceeds from those sales.
