Kayla Korpics is an 18 year old indie-pop singer-songwriter usually carrying a uke. Inspired by her parents who were both musicians, she began writing music at the age of 13 on piano as a way of coping with being bullied. Although music was her escape, it never left her bedroom. She had severe stage-fright as a result of being bullied and entered a contest through StarMaker as a way of proving to herself the possibility of gaining self-confidence over time. With no expectations of winning, the contest led her to performing on the main stage at Playlist Live, in front of thousands. She also had the opportunity to work with various songwriters and work up a collection of songs in LA.

March 29, 2021Kayla and her guitarist did a fantastic job at our wedding. Her song selection was perfect for what we were looking for. They were very accomodating and very professional. Kayla has an amazing singing voice, and they nailed it on the two specific song requests we asked them to learn. Cannot say enough great things. Very highly reccomend.

Her and Taylor put together a setlist of some of my wife's favorite songs and was great about flexing based on requests. Taylor was an amazing guitarist and Kayla has an angelic voice. I can't recommend them enough! I'll book them again for another occasion!!

August 4, 2018Kayla was so GREAT that I can't wait to buy her first album. She started out the show and set the standards so high that the audience was overwhelmed by her fantastic performance. The crowd was very diverse and from all over the country, she brought pop, soul, and jazz and gave us a performance of a life time that we will never forget.
