About a month and a half before my 100 person, loft wedding, my mother panicked and (rightly) told me that I needed a Day of Coordinator. She went online and found a few that I called for impromptu phone interviews. I was unsure how to make sure that I was getting the right person so I asked for a few samples and references from everyone. Janelle of Kayla Belle was the only one who got me what I was requesting, made me feel like she was actually listening to me about what I needed/wanted and provided great references.

She was available for all of my emails and calls and foresaw things that I had no idea I needed/wanted. Seriously, there were all of these things that I didn't even think about and, as Janelle kept saying, "Don't worry about it, we made it happen."

There is a LOT that goes into a loft wedding as we have to bring in all rentals, linens, decorations, flowers, etc and Janelle coordinated everything. She even brought an assistant to help, knowing that I had bitten off more than I could chew. On the day of, though, everything went swimmingly and it was literally all thanks to Janelle. I think my wedding would've just been a series of tables in a corner with flowers haphazardly strewn about if it hadn't been for the most amazing person in the world, Janelle.
