Santa and Mrs. Claus always come together to events, (that's how you know he is the Real Santa). Santa and Mrs. C do not just sit on chairs and smile for the camera; they interact with your guests, get up, walk around, play on the floor with children, tell and act out stories, answer any and all questions you may have about the North Pole AND make sure that you have great photos to remember their visit with you.

In keeping with the Santa Claus Legend, Santa Doc and Mrs. Claus do not do Adult Rated Parties or any activity that could not be performed in front of a 5 year old child, specifically, events that serve Adult Beverages must provide an area away from Santa and Mrs. C to place containers so that they do not appear in any photos and Santa and Mrs. Claus have their hands visible in all photos.

Santa will carry in only one sack of toys, no larger than a 30 gallon trash bag and weighing no greater than 50 pounds total. Santa suggests one toy per child to be given out at the conclusion of the visit.

Our personal appearance and love of children have allowed us to enjoy the role of Santa and Mrs. C for over 20 years. Members of Lone Star Santas. Real Beard, Real Hair, Real Bellies, Real Custom-Made Red Suits, Real Smiles, Real Christmas Spirit. Followers of Jesus Christ. Followers of the Santa Claus Oath. Current Background checks, non-drinkers and non-smokers. Safe, reliable, and insured. Available Year-Round in Casual Claus or traditional Claus wear. During "Off Season" we enjoy our role as "Santa and Mrs. Claus on Vacation," interacting with children of all ages. Santa Doc is an ordained pastor, and both Santa Doc and Mrs. Claus are trained Chaplains for Texas Baptist Men's Disaster Relief.

Due to the insulating nature of our traditional outfits, it is necessary that we have periodic breaks as may be requested, or ten minutes after each full hour of work.
Cool water should be available for Santa and Mrs. Claus to drink.
Performance location must be cool, comfortable, and sheltered from the elements, we recommend 65 - 70 degrees.
The host / event planner will provide chairs for Santa and Mrs. Claus to sit in. SANTA AND MRS. CLAUS CANOT SIT ON FLOOR OR LOW CHAIR.
Host / event planner to provide reasonable hospitality and CLOSE IN PARKING.
Host / event planner to provide assistants to help with controlling families and children.
Host / event planner to provide favors for Santa and Mrs. Claus to hand out to children.
Host / event planner agrees to be responsible for harm, loss, or damage of any kind to Mrs. Claus and Santa's persons, property, or costuming due to negligence while located at the place of the event.
Cookie decorating / messy activities will only occur with prior notice and agreement from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will only hold space in their calendar AFTER a 50% non-refundable retainer fee has been paid. The balance of their fee is due before the date of the event.
The person signing for the host / event planner agrees to be personally, jointly and severally liable for the terms of this contract. Any additional terms are attached and considered part of the contract.
