Kate Mart is the founder and creative force behind Katie Lynn Co., a boutique event styling and balloon décor company based in West Plains, Missouri. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, Kate has built her business on a foundation of professionalism, personalization, and a genuine love for celebrating life’s milestones—both big and small.

What began as a side hustle has quickly grown into a full-service operation offering organic balloon installations, grab & go garlands, modern white bounce house rentals, backdrops, and custom event styling. Kate is a Certified Organic Balloon Artist and is known throughout Southern Missouri for her attention to detail, elevated designs, and approachable personality.

As a small business owner, Kate is passionate about connecting with her community, supporting other entrepreneurs, and creating meaningful experiences for her clients. Whether she’s designing a balloon arch for a child’s birthday party or styling a grand opening for a national brand, Kate approaches every project with care, creativity, and a client-first mindset.

When she’s not working events, you’ll find her spending time with her husband (affectionately referred to as “the unpaid intern”) and their two boys—usually with a coffee in hand and balloons in the back of her car.
