“We needed a photographer last minute and David was amazing. He jumped right in to get the details so he could capture all the highlights. Super enjoyed working with him. ”

Overview
Professional audio engineer with thirty years experience. Concert, theater and nightclub sound reinforcement. FOH & MME. Field recording is another of my specialties — along with studio work when required. Digital audio spoken here. A2, RF and system tech.
While I've spent more time than I'll admit to in bars — I am no stranger to churches and industrials as well. Religious revivals? University commencement? No problem. I am equally at home on Midas or Carvin. And while I prefer Midas, I have mixed a concert on Carvin, thus leading me to the conclusion that, if push comes to shove, I can mix on anything.

Katie was an excellent sound technician. Her years of experience was obvious. She went above and beyond to make our event happen. We were thoroughly satisfied with Katie’s work and highly recommend her.

November 25, 2019Great work. Couldn’t be happier
Great work. Couldn’t be happier!
I hired Katie Blanchard on the advice of a friend, also in the sound industry. Katie has gone above and beyond to make sure I sound better than I have ever sounded.
Professional, knowledgeable, and Creative, we have now worked with her multiple times. Not only has she worked with me at different locations (including Full sound including vocals, keyboards, strings, and drums for religious and public events), but she is now recording an album for us. That’s how Truly impressed we have been with her work, and how much we trust her to make us sound our best, while still keeping true to our own sound.
I highly recommend Katie Blanchard... Well, as long as it doesn’t interfere with MY schedule!
