Kara Nova began professionally training and performing in 2010, studying the arts of Chinese acrobatics and contortion at the San Francisco Circus Center. She performed as an aerial pole acrobat for 5+ years, taking her gravity-defiant act across the West Coast and beyond. She has been featured at private parties, corporate functions, music festivals, nightclubs, a wedding, music videos, on television, at dinner-theater shows, and often with the local burlesque and circus scene.

The past few years have been devoted to refining her skills on the ground as a bendy balancer. Her experience on the stage provides for a great, magical presence, captivating audiences large and small. Kara takes pride in keeping traditional circus arts alive, sharing this art in a time when the world needs it most.
