He communicated well in the lead up, ensuring he understood the spirit and details of the night, and he was very open to accommodating all our most important selections, with modifications to fit the needs of the night's programming. As far as the performance, his musicianship shone through unmistakably - we got so many compliments from our guests. JustDaNorm was an important part of making the night a huge success and I highly recommend him for any event if you are lucky enough to get on his schedule.
