What to expect
We are a complete full service Party Rental outlet. Our Services include but are not limited to:
Tables, tents, chairs, foam machines, inflatable games and bounce houses, carnival games, silent discos, dunk tanks, concessions, minigolf and more!
We set up, take down and even staff your events. We work with many non-profits and schools and can work with any insurance needs you may have. Fundraising is also one of our fortes, providing PDF files and a gameplan at no additional charge over our normal unit rental prices. Anything you may need we have it Just In Case!

Hello, my name is Justin Ferraraccio, owner of Just In Case Party Rentals. We have the largest rental selection in the greater Buffalo area. We proudly serve Bills Stadium, numerous local leagues, churches, and schools, alongside residential and corporate events. Our extensive inventory includes tables, tents, chairs, foam machines, inflatable games and bounce houses, carnival games, silent discos, dunk tanks, concessions, mini golf, and much more.
Additional booking notes
Bounce houses require normal outlets to run off of. Many of the slide units can be ran wet or dry, we provide extra hosing and cords for your needs. Tents can be staked into blacktop or grass, we also use concrete blocks for units where staking is not allowed.

We have done work for the Bills Stadium. Provide many events for the Bisons Stadium. We work with various Baseball teams in the area, assisting with sponsorships and events. Multiple Non-Profits utilize our services with their Tax Exempt needs. We also assist many residential needs, birthday parties, graduation parties and more. We have a big hand in the Erie County Fair, and many other fairs in the area. Any event big or small we are prepared to assist with your every need!
