We had an outdoor wedding and used Just a Girl and Her Bar for our open bar. They were incredible! They braved the heat in our outdoor wedding and kept the lines moving fast at the bar. The rustic wooden bar was perfect for our venue as well! We’re so thankful for their service.

Leading up to the event, Sarah did a great job staying in touch with us. She was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. She did a great job of explaining what tasks and items were in her court and what she expected of us. The bar service was one thing we never really worried about leading up to the big day.
On the day of our event, Sarah and her staff were at the venue with plenty of time to set up. They were even flexible enough to come a little early following a day-before change of plans. I have to give them special kudos for going out and finding a new keg tap after one of ours proved to be defective. They had the problem solved before most people even knew there was one. Having people behind the bar who were willing to go the extra mile to keep things rolling proved to be invaluable.
Start to finish, Sarah was a great. Would recommend Just a Girl and Her Bar to anyone to bartend any event.
Sarah and her bartenders were a part of our out door wedding at our home. We had a little under 200 guests and they made sure everyone always had a drink in their hand. Our guests raved at how great the bartenders were, and they even went out of the way to suggest specialty drinks they were able to create off menu with the items we supplied for the event. They cost a bit more than I had wanted to spend but after booking them for my event and seeing them in action I can't imagine have a party without them!! They were extremely professional showed up almost an hour early set up all their stuff brought more than I could have asked, and they cleaned up after themselves. Even though I kept offering and they were there for almost 8 hours they didn't have any of the food or drink any of the alcohol which I felt was very professional. They did a good job of greeting people and figuring out people's taste by the end of the night when we started to run out of some of the select ingredients they started making up new concoctions with what I had that turned out amazing. They were the hit of the party, and everyone is still talking about how great they were. I will definitely be booking them again.

Before booking I need all event details, contact information and location of event. I will be in contact with you or host before hand to get all needed information and send you my personalized event checklist.
When I arrive to bartend an event, I show up 1-2 hours before my services start. When I arrive I unload, unpack and set up. I make sure beverages are on ice, and my work space is clean, set up and organized. During your event, I try to keep lines short and guests are happy. After your event, I pack up and clean up my space.
To keep lines at the bar short, I recommend have 1 bartender per 75 guests or if you are requesting speciality cocktails since those take extra time.
I also require you to have barback if you have kegs if beer, for more efficient service and to keep lines short.
I started Just a Girl and Her Bar in 2018. I first started with the black mobile bar that my boyfriend built for me. I now I have a brown mobile bar that I have available for rent during events. Both mobile bars come apart and fit nicely in my mini van.
Fast forward to 2019: I have booked a total of 44 events since May 2018.
I love seeing happy couples on their big day and although we specialize in weddings, we will also bartend any event type!
For frozen drinks or unlimited coffee, an outlet and/or extension cord is required.
For outdoor events, a covered shelter from sun and rain is required.
Outlet and/or extension cord is required for frozen drinks and unlimited coffee/tea.
For keg service, a barback is required (we do not provide keg handling: moving or icing kegs when they arrive).
Trash can/recycling bin is very helpful.
