To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, please review the following technical requirements and setup guidelines:

Space Requirements:
A flat, open space free of overhead obstructions (like low tree branches or power lines).
Space needed varies by inflatable.

Grass is preferred for safety, but concrete and pavement are acceptable with advance notice (we'll bring extra sandbags instead of stakes).

Power Requirements:
One standard 3-prong outlet (110V) within 75 feet of setup location.
Each inflatable requires its own dedicated outlet. For multiple inflatables, multiple outlets or generators are needed.

Water Requirements (for wet slides or combos):
Outdoor water spigot within 100 feet of setup location.
Water hose provided by client or available upon request.
Safety & Supervision:

Adult supervision is required at all times during use.
We provide clear safety instructions upon setup to help you keep your guests safe.
Weather Policy:

We cannot set up in high winds (15+ mph), heavy rain, or lightning.
If bad weather is forecasted, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer credit for a future event.
