I am the leader and vocalist for a five-piece band. We specialize in French and International Jazz standards; we are flexible in our configuration as we can perform as a duo, trio and beyond. Our instrumentation consists of piano, bass, drums and accordion, but the band is versatile and has performed with guitar, violin and saxophone as well. We are great for wedding receptions, corporate events, university concerts/workshops, museums, as well as live music listening rooms.

April 5, 2025Julie and her band made our private event one to remember. First, Julie is very responsive to communication making the reservation process a breeze. She also adapted to my budget and helped me understand what would be best for my type of event.
On the day of, they arrived on time and were set up in no time with very little need for direction.
Finally the music: what a wonderful trio! Moody, with Julie incredible voice and her band mate's wonderful piano and bass. They adapted to the situation, allowing for some breaks when we needed. All of my guest felt like this was a great touch to our event and wanted more!
I will use Julie Slim & RendezVous again in a heartbeat. Thank you all!

Julie SLIM and Rendezvous will shock your guests with their talent, professionalism and attentiveness to your needs. Really...this is the group that will definitely set your mind at ease allowing to enjoy your gathering and knowing your guests will be asking "Where did you get these guys?" I know my guests did!
