March 16, 2026If you are looking to add fun and class to an event, I strongly recommend booking Jules and the Gents. They provided entertainment during our 1920s Speakeasy Gala. They game dressed in period outfits and were a delight to work with.

May 19, 2024Jules and the Gents played at my son's college graduation party. We had a roaring 20's theme for the party and this band was perfect for the theme!! Very professional. Very talented musicians and entertainers. The college kids enjoyed the band as much as the older family members. Such a wonderful evening.

Julie Stein aka "Jules" leader of this upbeat talented quartet has been said to look like a modern Betty Paige with the voice of Peggy Lee. She leads the group with soulful vocals, melodic flute, bluesy saxophone and beautiful stage presence. Rhythm section Doug Rolph (Upright Bass) and Don Whitaker (Percussion) have been playing in multiple bands since the late 90's and make a solid back bone for the ultimate in choice standards. Marc Baldwin (Guitarist) with a Masters in Music has a funky/jazz rhythm style and plays amazing tap your toe solos filling out what many referred to as an "ear candy" mix.

Performing together in Atlanta for more than 7 years each member of Jules & the Gents brings 20 years of musical experience and professional training. Entertaining numerous family crowds at private events such as weddings, cocktail parties and anniversaries with layers of moods and melodies. We have enhanced many corporate events, art openings and local jazz clubs as well as perform full length concerts such as at the Oakhurst Jazz Nights and Atlanta Alive.
