I’m Diego de Los Andes, founder and CEO of SUPER EVOLUTION JUGGLER TOTAL, or SEJT.

Before creating SEJT, I worked independently for more than a decade as a professional juggler, clown, theater artist, director, and workshop facilitator. I performed in theaters, festivals, schools, private celebrations, cultural events, and public spaces. Street performance became one of my greatest laboratories. It taught me how to read an audience, create attention without forcing it, adapt when conditions change, and transform an ordinary space into a shared experience.

I also have a background in engineering. Because of that, I have never understood juggling as only entertainment. Juggling is applied physics happening live. Every throw contains velocity, acceleration, gravity, rotation, timing, symmetry, probability, and spatial calculation. A performer makes hundreds of physical decisions in seconds while remaining present with the audience.

Juggling is also discipline. A movement that looks effortless may represent years of repetition, failure, correction, coordination, and concentration. It develops patience, body awareness, problem solving, confidence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. When people participate, juggling also becomes social. It creates communication, trust, play, and a different relationship between strangers.

That understanding is why I created SEJT.

SEJT is a performance company built around PERFORMANCE, SCIENCE, and SOCIAL CONNECTION. It is not a public directory, a referral service, or a place where I simply introduce you to a performer and disappear. When you hire SEJT, you are hiring my company. I remain your point of contact and the person responsible for organizing and delivering the performance.

I personally curate a private roster of professional jugglers, object manipulators, physical performers, clowns, fire artists, stilt walkers, unicyclists, aerialists, and hybrid acts. Some are international competition and festival award winners, including artists recognized by the International Jugglers’ Association. I select artists for technical ability, stage presence, visual quality, professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and their capacity to connect with a real audience.

HOW BOOKING SEJT WORKS

First, you tell me about the event: the date, location, number of guests, age range, venue, schedule, theme, atmosphere, available space, and budget.

I then decide which artists from the SEJT roster are the strongest match. I send you videos of the performers and the available options so you can see their work and choose the artist or combination that feels right for your event. The final selection is confirmed through SEJT based on availability, format, technical requirements, and budget.

You do not pay or independently hire the performer. Your booking, communication, agreement, and payment remain with SEJT. I secure the artist, define the performance format, coordinate the schedule, confirm production and safety requirements, and make sure the performer arrives prepared with a clear understanding of the event.

Depending on the scale and needs of the booking, I may perform myself, attend with the performer, host the experience, supervise the performance on-site, or coordinate everything directly with the artist and venue. For larger events, I assemble and manage the full team.

This gives the client one clear point of contact, one organized booking, and one company responsible for the complete experience.

Our disciplines can include balls, clubs, rings, hats, devil sticks, object manipulation, physical comedy, unicycle, stilts, fire, aerial performance, and other specialty skills, depending on the venue and event.

WHY SEJT IS DIFFERENT

Most clients do not know exactly which performer or format they need. They know the feeling they want to create, but they may not know whether the event needs a short feature, roaming entertainment, audience participation, a workshop, or several coordinated artists.

That is my job.

I do not send the same act to every client. A backyard birthday, a school anniversary, a Renaissance celebration, a corporate reception, and a luxury brand activation should not feel identical. I study the event and build an appropriate SEJT option.

After understanding the project, I send videos of carefully selected performers. The client can compare the options and tell me which artist or style they prefer. I then handle the professional relationship with that performer and turn the selection into a complete booking.

My role is not finished when the performer is selected. I continue managing the process through confirmation, preparation, scheduling, performance, and completion. When the event needs additional care, I go with the performer and supervise the experience personally.

SEJT combines the organization and clarity of a modern creative company with the humanity and spontaneity of live performance. We take communication, punctuality, safety, presentation, and production seriously. Fire and aerial performances require appropriate conditions and venue approval. Every booking considers the audience, available space, sightlines, schedule, technical needs, and environment.

SEJT is a new company, but the performers are not beginners. They bring years of training, professional experience, international recognition, and thousands of hours in front of audiences.

Because SEJT is growing, I can currently offer accessible pricing for the quality of the spectacle. That does not mean treating artists as inexpensive labor. It means designing the smartest performance for the available budget.

Sometimes one extraordinary performer is the strongest solution. Sometimes a focused 20-minute feature creates more value than an unfocused hour. Sometimes a three-person troupe transforms the entire atmosphere. I explain the options honestly and use the budget where it will create the greatest impact.

This is Los Angeles. This is Hollywood. Audiences have seen almost everything. The performance must feel intentional, visually strong, technically excellent, and alive.

FOR SCHOOLS AND YOUNG AUDIENCES

Children and teenagers deserve serious performers. Young audiences immediately recognize when something feels generic or condescending. SEJT includes artists with years of experience working with children and teenagers who know how to earn attention through skill, intelligence, humor, rhythm, and genuine interaction.

Our school and STEM experiences connect juggling with gravity, trajectories, rotation, balance, coordination, patterns, and problem solving. Students see scientific principles operating through the body instead of only reading about them. Workshops can then turn observation into participation, giving students a safe way to practice focus, persistence, coordination, and collaboration.

FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

For birthdays, weddings, themed parties, and private celebrations, I can send one featured performer, place a roaming artist inside the flow of the event, or create a coordinated troupe. I share videos before confirmation so the client understands exactly who they are considering.

The result can be family-friendly, elegant, comedic, unusual, interactive, or visually spectacular. The performance is adapted to the audience and atmosphere instead of forcing every client into the same routine.

FOR CORPORATE EVENTS, BRANDS, AND INSTITUTIONS

For corporate events, hospitality, cultural institutions, and brands, SEJT can work with visual direction, color palettes, themes, costumes, timing, guest movement, and the larger production concept.

I can assemble several complementary artists, coordinate their appearances, communicate with the production team, and attend when the project needs on-site direction. The client receives one SEJT proposal and one organized production rather than having to contact and manage several individual performers.

The experience can be elegant, playful, strange, futuristic, theatrical, educational, or highly interactive. SEJT adapts the performance to the identity of the event.
