Rachel is a dynamic and expressive solo cellist with a repertoire spanning from Bach to contemporary works. She received her Masters of Music in Cello Performance and Performers Diploma at Southern Methodist University, studying with Andres Diaz. She has performed in various masterclasses with David Kim, Sungsic Yang, Joshua Roman, and Jan Volger, including summer festivals in Italy known as Orvieto Festival of Strings with director Lenuta Cuilei. Rachel also has an active teaching career and is certified in Suzuki Books 1-5. She has diverse performance experience ranging from classical music such as being a member & cellist in the Amicizia Piano Trio, to rock and pop such as playing with ELO Tribute Band.
