Jovan Glasgow - Top Ranked Motivational Keynote Speaker

We recently booked Jovan for our annual Sales Team meeting. I was actually a little apprehensive at first because our team is so small compared to the large groups that are showcased on Jovan's site, I was afraid that the smaller group wouldn't be "worth" the effort of someone who typically speaks in front of hundreds.

That said, Jovan did an AMAZING job with our group. His energy set the perfect pace and tone for our meeting and I could see that energy transform into momentum within the team. He met with the team leader a few times prior to the meeting date to ensure that he understood our group's dynamic and was able to tailor his message to the values we wanted to focus on, in this case teamwork, team building, and collaboration. He was incredibly communicative both prior to and after the speaking engagement.

A few things that really stood out to me:
- Jovan took the time to introduce himself to every single person in the room. As I said, we did have a very small group (less than 20 people), but that small gesture spoke volumes.
- He was 100% present the entire time he was with our group. It's so easy to multi-task, especially whenever so many aspects of business can be accomplished remotely nowadays. There was none of that. He made our group his only focus.
- He was engaging and encouraged conversation. It wasn't just someone talking at people for an hour. Jovan got people involved, whether it was part of the workshop or aspects of the keynote. He encouraged everyone to speak up without putting anyone on the spot.
- He challenged people without it feeling kitschy or aggressive. I've attended meetings in the past featuring high energy speakers where the energy felt forced or tacked on, or the message was more of a performance without any substantial content. Jovan's message was empowering, and vulnerable, and thought-provoking, and fun, and empowering, and challenging.

I would highly recommend Jovan for any type of group activity. Large group or small, it doesn't matter. His unique perspective, personable manner, and strong delivery promises a truly unforgettable experience for anyone involved.

Jovan brought energy, inspiration, and human connection to our event for 150 of our mid-level health care leaders. Our hope was for them to reconnect with their personal motivation and purpose, and to feel renewed and re-energized. Jovan was instrumental in helping us achieve that. His ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility was incredible. I would definitely consider him for future events.

I first heard Jovan speak at a conference in beautiful Clearwater Florida for the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). At this conference, my intent was "to go with the flow" however... I did not expect Jovan. I did not expect to hear and witness such a powerful and compelling voice. You see, prior to this event, I was making myself ready for change. I was excited to start anew once this conference was over. In order for me to do so, I promised myself that I would let my connections happen natraully and that I would listen and feel with an open mind. Jovan, was the opening speaker of Day 1. He spoke with conviction, humility, tenacity and a level of genuineness that is evident in only the most secure and confident individuals. Jovan has an ability to speak directly to an individual while speaking with everyone else; meaning, Jovan made it feel as if a conversation between just him and I was occurring in a room full of professionals. As he spoke, the power of his words came to blossom- hidden behind his logical process to initiate and sustain change via catalyst was a visceral message that reverberated through the room. What he was saying, was EXACTLY what I needed to hear. As he spoke, my consciousness became elevated. The room engaged with Jovan and the energy was high. At one point, I became a bit overwhelmed and hoped no one could see my tears, but it was too late. An attendee next to me hid her face and sniffled- she was also a bit emotional. I looked right at her and whispered "he got you too" as I wiped away my tears.
Jovan, is a superb speaker and he is definitely someone that people should experience to appreciate.
