Josh Schneider brings a fresh perspective and new deep insights into the world of work and human motivation.
It's by helping people find their spark and unlock their best, most fulfilling work - that organizations will win in a 2025 world. When we can show up more engaged, excited and energized by the work we do - our clients, organization and families benefit.
His presentations bring an entirely unexpected perspective on the future of work, talent, innovation, and the power of doing work that matters. With a passion for helping to create greater understanding and collaboration in today’s workplace -
We hired Josh to speak at a company event for our Technology leadership team. The focus was on leadership, employee engagement, and generational divides.
Josh was prompt and immediately got the room engaged with workplace trends and analytics. He included humorous stories to keep the team on their feet. The overwhelming feedback was very positive and I would recommend Josh for similar engagements in the future.
Josh is an engaging speaker who presented excellent content to our professional organization. Would definitely hire him again!
Josh’s presentation on understanding millennials in the work place gave us great insight on what our incoming employee workforce expect from their employers and what gives them satisfaction and energy in their jobs. Largely I found that they are quite similar in their expectations to my own generation, but I was not able to see it clearly until Josh explained the differences between the baby boomers and the following gen’s X,Y,Z. I would highly recommend him as a speaker.
I’ve known Josh for a couple of years now and he’s a dynamic and entertaining speaker. Josh spoke at my conference last year and the crowd absolutely loved him. You’ll be in good hands with him!
We invited Joshua to speak with two gatherings of local business leaders during two different sessions on developing influence and understanding employee engagement issues. In addition to the great, practical and thought provoking content he brought, his communication style and adaptability to our audience connected well and exceeded expectations. The positive feedback we got from our attendees has us already looking forward to having Joshua back again!
Joshua was personable and brought a lot of energy. His message was clear and appropriate for our students (12th graders). I felt he made good attempts to engage with all of the students and connect with them at their level. If I had to find two areas to consider it would be to arrive earlier and find more ways to actively engage this age group. While I connected with some of his statements I think it wasn't as easy for some of the students. Overall the presentation was a hit with the students and we were very glad to have Joshua come to Rochester High!
Joshua arrived early and spent time meeting students. He was friendly and genuine with all our staff and students. His presentation was engaging, active, funny, and applicable to our group members. He used real examples of the skills he talked about and challenged students to share with the group. His personal style was exactly what our group needed. They bonded with him and he built trust among the students.
I host a business group called Michigan Real Estate Masterminds - We meet 6 times a month all across Southeastern Michigan as we have for 4 years now. Joshua Schneider has been by far the best speaker thus far based on the feedback from the attending members of each luncheon. OUTSTANDING all around and cannot wait to book him again. Well worth the money

In the trenches of a well-paid CPA firm, learning first-hand the hard cost of disengagement and how Millennials worked, Josh Schneider knew something had to change - so he did something about it. What he did was form a coaching company and work with organizations and individuals to increase performance, energy, and happiness. As the impact of disengagement rose, Josh wrote the book Generation Nextlevel, which calls the next generation of leaders to play to their strengths and do work that matters.
To increase the impact of his work Josh founded The Millennial & Employee Engagement Institute to curate and develop research to help unlock people performance and consult businesses to transfer leadership to the next generation. From labor studies and engagement work with Sikorsky Aircraft, to working with the small business owner down the street Josh truly understands the future of the workforce and how to engage it.
He has been featured on Under30CEO and the CEOhour talking about business and people performance with strategies for reaching the next level. From the stage Josh brings a passion that is contagious, an energy that’s undeniable, and innovative ideas that work in today’s new business climate.
