A Thumbtack Top Pro (Colorado 2025) with 30+ five-star reviews and hundreds of bookings, Jordan brings versatility and musicianship to every performance. His clients include NBCUniversal, Charles Schwab, Valley Country Club, and top Colorado venues like Dazzle Jazz Club, the Bluebird Theater, and Cervantes.
With deep roots in jazz, funk, R&B, pop, country, folk, and singer-songwriter styles, Jordan adapts to any event and audience. As a guitarist, he is rooted in R&B, neo-soul, and jazz, focused on sophisticated comping, rich harmony, and tasteful soloing. As a bassist, the six-string is his staple — he is known as one of Colorado's most prominent slap bassists, having led a Marcus Miller tribute at Dazzle in 2025. As a vocalist and singer-songwriter, he brings country, folk, and Americana to intimate settings with guitar and voice.
Jordan leads and performs with several active bands in the Denver music scene. Chick Magnet is a Chick Corea tribute ensemble that performs at top Denver venues. Phooey brings psychedelic funk energy to stages across the Front Range. The Blackhole Boogie Band is a jazz fusion project signed with PS Audio. And Groove Mountains explores lo-fi and ambient soundscapes.

He teaches private lessons in bass, jazz and funk guitar, and singer-songwriter skills, helping students of all ages develop their musical voice.
Whether you need sophisticated background music for a corporate gala, high-energy entertainment for a brewery event or private party, or a soulful acoustic set for a wedding ceremony, Jordan delivers a polished, professional performance every time.
Additional booking notes
Jordan brings all necessary equipment for solo, duo, and trio performances including guitar amplifier, cables, and instruments. For smaller venues and intimate settings, no additional sound equipment is typically needed.
For larger venues or outdoor events, a PA system with at least one vocal microphone and a direct input (DI) box for guitar is appreciated. Jordan can work with your venue's existing sound system or coordinate with a sound engineer.
Full band performances may require a standard backline setup including drum kit, bass amplifier, and PA system with monitors. Specific requirements will be discussed during booking to ensure a smooth setup.
A flat travel fee of $30 applies to all bookings within the service area. Jordan typically arrives 30-60 minutes before the performance start time for setup and sound check.
