Testimonials

Jonathan Segal performed at our wedding reception. In meetings and conversations prior to the event, Jonathan was very professional and accommodating and was able to work in almost all of the songs we requested. As for the performance itself, Jonathan was magnificent. First off, he was very easy going and funny. He adjusted well to the ebb and flow of the party, and always played the right song at the right time. Second, he was very nice and accommodating when it came to people at the party getting up to sing. He showed tremendous creativity and flexibility. Finally, he was a hit with the few children at the event. The guests were very impressed, and so were we.

Your performance was absolutely wonderful at my daughter's wedding.  Thank you not only for your unerringly right selection of songs, but also for selecting a bass player and drummer to complement you so perfectly.  Everyone enjoyed the music and dancing (to think I was worried about people not dancing!) and especially your vocal interpretations. I had spent a happy number of months listening to, and enjoying your tape.  It was a treat to hear you in person!  Thanks again.  You lived up to my every hope!

"I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for performing so marvelously at my parent's 50th Anniversary party last October 5th. When I first started looking for a musician for the party I wanted someone to perform certain music in a special way.  You far surpassed my expectations of that wish.  You helped make my parents special night even more wonderful with your style, warmth, and professionalism.  Not only were you a pleasure to listen to and chat with, but I never had to think about anything regarding the music during that evening. You just "did your thing". In planning this party I was hoping to have a good time myself.  Because of  your professionalism I was able to relax and enjoy the night.  Your music encouraged people to dance and I was able to watch my parents dance together to such a lovely repertoire of songs. Again, thank you for adding to my parents special night by providing such  outstanding and delightful music."

"We wanted to show our client how we appreciated their business.  We succeeded, due to your talent and professionalism.  Your performance at what could have been a common place corporate cocktail party turned it into a very special and memorable event! Usually, at these kinds of parties, people have a drink, gobble down hors  d'ouvres and leave.  Instead, this party went into overtime!  Everyone enjoyed your music and enjoyed themselves.  They relaxed and we got to see another side of our client. Thank you for making this a wonderful evening.  Please add our name to your list of delighted corporate clients.  you have our recommendation."

– -J.  Aaronson, Global Account Manager, Octel Communications

"I didn't have the chance to tell you how very pleased I was with your work on Sunday at The Waldorf-Astoria.  you are a very talented performer and I want to thank you again for all your effort.'

"You were sensational, fabulous...I could go on and on!"
