To ensure the best possible Santa experience, please review the following details before your event:

Photo Setup:
If a designated area is provided for pictures, it should be well-lit, feature a comfortable chair, and include a pleasing Christmas or holiday backdrop. Good lighting makes a world of difference in photo quality and guest enjoyment.

Santa’s Appearance:
Santa Richard arrives wearing one of two custom-made professional suits, complete with all authentic accessories — polished boots, leather belt, gloves, and classic hat — ensuring a traditional, camera-ready look for every appearance.

Photography Coordination:
When Santa is roving with a photographer, please make sure the photographer is aware of the flow and lighting. It’s ideal to appoint someone to help gather groups so everyone’s face is visible in photos. These are known as “posed candids” — natural, joyful shots where not everyone has to look directly at the camera, but everyone’s included.

Event Coordination:
