Depending on requests, typically
I show up an hour before our scheduled time and set up. I can bring a table but useally one is provided by the event space. When a 'Party' begins my assistant/ or my self will either take names on the spot or have a list of names and cross them off accordingly. I paint either Tee Shirts, or blank trucker hats, or a bandanna. Something for the kids to take away. 50 hats might take me two or three hours depending on the traffic. tee shirt take a little longer, maybe three to four.
For bigger parties of 100+ I would recommend hiring at my two artist rate. where another artist and I work together by splitting up the Party. I try to paint in order of incoming requests, unless the host of the party has any special requests. ( shirts for the dancers, birthday kid ) I can paint ahead of the Party too if anyone needs something special to wear.
After our time is up I could stay for no longer than 30 mins after cut off. Sorry, I know. It takes me about half an hour to shut down and pack up my supplies. I promise to provide service with a smile and keep the energy positive.

I've been doing art for as long as I can remember.
I attended a school for design and made my way into working at a screen printing shop. I've been in the creative field for over 10 years now and do this because I love it. I also do pop up markets and sell my tee shirts I've painted, and printed. I love getting to crash a party and be part of the action. I have frequent call backs, and referrals.

All I need is a power outlet, I run a small air compressor that I use. I can provide everything else.
Also, all inks I use are water based and made with organic ingredients.
The shirts DO NOT wash out after. I cure the inks with a heat gun before I pass it off to ensure everything is dry and bonded to the fabrics. After about fifty washes you may see a difference.
