Hi! My name is John Bogan. I have my BM and MM from Manhattan School of Music. I have been awarded several prizes in classical music competitions and worked in many different settings including restaurants, retirement homes, memorial services, private parties, house concerts and more. If you are looking for an evening of elegant classical guitar, look no further! I will be happy to work with you! I'm local to NJ and have transportation and my own amplification. I am down to earth, able to adapt and easy to work with. I will surely make the music portion of your event easy so you do not have to worry and can focus on the event you are hosting. I am very much looking forward to seeing you!

John was fabulous to work with. Talented, professional and accommodating. His music created the perfect mood and energy for my Photo exhibit in Manhattan at an exclusive private social club. There were over 100 people in the room and his music was at the perfect volume to allow for easy conversation. I highly recommend John.

About
John Bogan is an award winning classical guitarist, receiving the Andrés Segovia/Rose Augustine Commencement Award from Manhattan School of Music, where he received his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degree in Guitar Performance. Other notable prizes include the 1st prize at the Guitar Foundation of America International Youth Competition, Senior Division, 3rd prize winner of the Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society Competition, and 3rd prize in the Florida Guitar Competition. John has performed for the NYC house concert series, an organization that hosts classical musicians in homes throughout the metropolitan area. John has performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Americas Society, Symphony Space and more.
