Once we’ve agreed on terms and details, I provide a clear, written contract. This contract includes all agreed-upon information, as well as details about deposits and payment, eliminating any potential miscommunication or confusion. After that, we will work together to confirm all important event details, including:

Venue information
Stage, setup, and technical requirements (AV, lighting, staff, safety procedures) for larger events
Insurance requirements
Relevant guest information, including VIPs
Company or organizational details
Parking and arrival logistics
Any other event-specific considerations

All of this information will be uploaded into a shared document that both of us can access and review leading up to the event. Within 72 hours of the performance, I will send a follow-up email to confirm that all details are accurate. Since we will have already discussed and agreed upon everything, this is simply a courtesy to ensure everything is on track and nothing has changed.
