What to expect
What sets Joe apart is not just his voice or musicianship, but his ability to read a room. Whether the night calls for laid-back acoustic background music, a sing-along bar vibe, or a more cinematic, emotional set, Joe tailors every performance to the energy of the event.
Clients book Joe because he is reliable, professional, and fully self-contained (pro gear, clean setup, on-time, easy to work with), while still delivering a performance that feels personal rather than “stock.” He doesn’t just play songs—he creates a mood, a memory, and a soundtrack to the night.
If you’re looking for live music that elevates your event instead of overpowering it, Joe Greaney is the difference between hiring background noise and booking a true live experience.

Additional booking notes
Joe uses a professional Bose L1 sound system, ensuring clear, balanced sound at just the right volume - whether subtle background or more lively entertainment. He also offers a second sound system for multiple setups and a battery-powered option for remote locations, giving clients complete flexibility. Most of the time he plays clean electric guitar and sings, however if you want an unplugged acoustic performance that is absolutely doable.
