More than I imagined!

JMeel gave more than I imagined I could have for my musical entertainment for my 50th birthday party. He was a wonderful lead singer and the band took my party to the next level! They performed most of the playlist I had asked and more (80s, 90s, today R&B, and Gospel)They came with great attitudes and personalities. From the beginning I was thinking I could only have one singer and JMeel helped me realize my dream of having a band and helped me have the party that was more than I imagined! Many of my guests have been talking how great JMeel and his band was days after my party! Don’t wait book JMeel you won’t regret it!!! I’m so grateful I did!

About

JMeel is an all-star performer with a thirst to be at the top. This singer, songwriter, actor, and dancer has the potential to become music’s next hottest performer. J’Meel started his musical career at an early age and has continued to evolve into the performer that you see today. He has shared the stage with the likes of some of Broadways finest entertainers such as Norm Lewis, Shoshanna Bean, Amanda Watkins, Gavin Creel just to name a few courtesy of the Broadway Dreams Foundation. He is an active member of ASCAP and has attended numerous music conferences and conventions such as the Atlantis Music Conference.

He has been vocally trained at Jan Smith Studios (Usher, India Arie, Ciara, and Latoya Luckett) and has taken acting classes at the Alliance Theatre. JMeel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Theatre from Albany State University in 2006. He has been on the sets of MGM Studios Feature Films “Stomp The Yard” and “Madea’s Family Reunion.” In addition, JMeel has had the opportunity to work with several talented producers and songwriters that have produced music for Grammy Award winner India Arie and many of Atlanta’s up and coming artist.

His musical influences include John Legend, Usher, Lauryn Hill, Musiq Soulchild, India Arie, and Stevie Wonder just to name a few. His favorite style of music is a blend between Neo Soul and R&B. Currently, JMeel is finishing his first project in which he has wrote or co-wrote on all the tracks. JMeel has been a lead vocalist with the R&B/Soul Band “Renaissance Soul”, the Top 40 band "Innovative Groove," and the Party band "Shout!" based out of Atlanta. JMeel strongly believes that with GOD, hard work, and patience he will soon have the opportunity to take his music worldwide. Though he has accomplished a lot, the best is yet to come. Stay tuned for upcoming performances and songs.
