J.K.’s show includes several of the songs favored by fans over the years including, “Everybody’s Making It Big” – “There Goes Another Love Song” – “Damned If I Do” - “If That’s What It Takes (To Make You Happy)” – “Mother Trucker’ Blues” – “Long Time Lovin’ You” – “The
Way I Feel Tonight” blended with new songs penned by J.K. and some of the top songwriters from around the country. Throughout the show J.K. pays tribute to some of his country music heroes and spotlights the best of today’s top talent…

When you add the comedy and humor that has always marked The J.K. Coltrain Show, this is something special that audiences always come back for. This year J.K. has added a couple of new twists and features individual members of his band more then ever before.

The J.K. Coltrain show is a wonderful combination of Country, Americana, and a bit of Western Swing all presented with a tongue-incheek style of humor that makes for a toe tapping good time that the whole family is sure to enjoy.

J.K. Coltrain first cracked the country music charts in 1987 with a self-penned song, West Virginia You're Still My Home on the Studio 7 label. Since then he had enjoyed a number of chart successes including being shown in the Top 40 in Europe for 41 straight weeks. He also has made many appearances on radio & TV including The Nashville Showcase, The Midnight Jamboree, Nashville On Stage, The Jerry Lewis Telethon & Stars of Tomorrow Show. J. K. has toured worldwide and worked with some of the greatest names in country music including Jerry Reed, Loretta Lynn, The Bellamy Brothers, Conway Twitty, Buck Owens, George Jones, Tammy Wynette & Jerry Lee Lewis to name just a few.

In addition to still recording and performing on his own J.K. is now helping the new up & coming young artists serving as the President of Colt Records Nashville as well as Nashville Radio Promotions, Chairman of The Traditional Country Opry and hosting The Country Star Showcases. He was recently awarded The Texas CMA Entertainer and Best Country Album of The Year awards.
