Jimmy Horzen - Versatile Accordionist

Jimmy customizes each event per the client's wishes. Whether it's soft French background music or lively Oktoberfest polkas, count on Jimmy and his 40+ years of experience to bring the appropriate music and professionalism to your event.

Born in Fontana, California, Jimmy Horzen began his musical journey with accordion lessons at the age of six. Jimmy's Slovenian roots and encouragement from his parents created the foundation for a lifetime of music. Two years after his first lesson, the 8-year old Horzen made his television debut - with America's Polka King, Frank Yankovic. Through the years Jimmy has entertained at every conceivable venue: from small clubs to weddings to national conventions...from Oktoberfests to polka festivals to Norwegian Cruise Line to the House of Blues. He worked as a full-time staff musician 19 years at EPCOT's German Pavilion in Orlando, Florida. He currently performs Friday through Sunday at Hollerbach's German Restaurant in Sanford, Florida. Jimmy performs as a one-man band or with larger ensembles (duo, trio, band) as needed.

Jimmy can perform acoustically with only the accordion or as a one-man band with microphone, electronic bass, drum machine, and sound system.
