Overview
Music is such an emotional part of our lives. As you hear songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's and up you are drawn to special times in your life. My live music includes hundreds of different songs all with powerful memories.
I play acoustic guitar, 6 and 12 string. I play music from James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett, Eagles, Darius Rucker, Jim Croce, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Rascal Flatts, Beatles, Zac Brown Band and many, many others. I'm happy to send you my full list of over 250 songs.
I bring my own sound system and can perform inside or outside, for large or small gatherings. I can also play recorded music for dancing or other needs if that is desired.

Jim was great! He played his guitar as background music for our corporate party. He kept the volume at a good level, chose some nice songs, and had fair pricing. He was easy to work with from the start. He answered questions and calls while directly dealing with our venue. He was on time and efficient. I'd definitely work with him again!

So I checked out lots of really good musicians for my friends birthday party because I wanted it to be perfect. There are great musicians in our area. I watched you tube videos, researched reviews, browsed play lists, everything. Jim is "the money". He ALWAYS responded promptly, was totally above board on everything, easy to talk to. Professionally he is absolutely THE BEST. touched base before event, showed up on time, prepared, friendly, I can go on and on. His voice is amazing and so is his guitar, He literally helped move the party schedule along seamlessly, and everyone absolutely loved him. Jim is SOLID. 100 Stars for this man, Thanks Jim for making the party so amazing!

What to expect
I show up early to set up and start playing on time (every time). I take limited breaks. I engage with the audience (when they want to engage) and play their requests. I bring my own sound system and can even play dance music either live or recorded.
About
I started playing guitar and singing in the 1970's. In my opinion, the best decade of music. I play a wide variety of music from the Commodores to Willie Nelson (ask for my music list). I have played all over the Phoenix valley, across the state of Colorado as well as other cities as I visit them.
I love to play requests. I bring my full list (over 250 songs) to each gig and allow guests to ask for their favorites.
