Hi! I'm a professional harpist and graduated from The University of Utah with my Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance. Playing the harp is my passion! I've played the harp for over 16 years and play for a variety of events. Recently I've played in The Tree Room at Sundance and the Snow Park Lodge in Park City. I also teach and arrange in my private studio. The harp is a magical touch for weddings, parties, receptions, corporate events, and more!

January 31, 2026Jessica has played harp several times for my church choir and her music was so beautiful it elevated the sound of our choir! She is a very talented musician! She learned the music quickly and was always on time to our rehearsals. She followed my direction exactly so I did not need to worry about the accompaniment and could focus on the choir. She worked well with the two flutists who played the obligato with her accompaniment. My mom passed away the week our choir sang in church and Jessica was so kind and willing to come play with the choir again for my mom’s funeral. Jessica is very professional and is a talented harpist. I highly recommend her and would use her again.

September 25, 2022I don't often get to hear a harpist play any type of music, so I was looking forward to hearing Jessica play. I was not disappointed. She played beautifully. "How Great Thou Art" is one of my favorite hymns. When she began playing I was enraptured. I have never heard that hymn played more beautifully. Almost immediately I began to tear up. By the end of the hymn the tears were flowing so hard I could barely see. I LOVED it. I hope she comes again to play for us.

May 27, 2022We had Jessica play for my daughters Ring Ceremony before her wedding reception at Sleepy Ridge. She is wonderful! She played for the Ring Ceremony and played background music for a couple of hours while we were transitioning to the reception and before our DJ started. She was so helpful at providing repertoire suggestions. She also is accomplished playing so many pieces, from classical to modern selections. She was a joy to work with, so kind and friendly. I highly recommend her! Definitely a 10/10! Thanks Jessica for being part of our special day!

Jessica Cordner is a professional harpist and received her Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance at The University of Utah in 2018. She's currently an active member of the American Harp Society's Utah Chapter and has attended various festivals and institutes on scholarship. Throughout the years, she's played the harp for tea time at The Grand America Hotel, toured with the Crimson Harp Ensemble, and performed with the Utah Philharmonia. She has also played with the Salt Lake Symphony and Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra. Recently Jessica has played at the Snow Park Lodge in Park City, and she currently plays in The Tree Room at Sundance Mountain Resort. She also runs a private studio where she teaches and arranges.
Staging will require a flat, even surface, preferably with ramp, elevator, or same level access. If your event is outdoors in the spring or summer, my harp may require a shaded area. Indoor events are preferred as the harp is sensitive to temperature and weather. Outdoor events may need to have a secondary set up location in case of poor weather.
If lighting will be dim or irregular, I can provide my own upon request.
