Once you reach out about your event and we agree on a quote, I’ll begin tailoring the performance to fit your needs. I’ll gather details about the location, timeline, and atmosphere to ensure the music complements your event perfectly.

I provide all necessary sound equipment including PA and microphones, and only require access to power and a designated space to perform. If your venue already has a house PA and sound engineer, my setup can easily plug directly into their system.

Leading up to the event, I’ll provide my phone number and email so you can reach me with any questions or updates. I typically arrive about one hour early (unless otherwise specified) to allow plenty of time for setup and sound check so everything runs smoothly.

On the day of the event, you can expect me to arrive prepared, professional, and ready to perform. I dress appropriately for the occasion (business casual by default, but happy to match the event’s dress code). My goal is to create the right atmosphere for your guests — whether that’s relaxed background music or upbeat songs that keep the dance floor moving.

I’m always happy to take requests and adjust the music to match the vibe of the event.

After the performance, I’ll pack up efficiently and make sure to thank everyone for having me as part of their event.
