Jersey Santa and Friends

Santa and Mrs Claus home visits include storytime, singing carols, hearing wishes, distributing gifts, and, of course, lots of amazing photo opportunities. Home visits are ideal for up to 10 children and typically last around 30 minutes.

Large events can include any combination of the above, or meet and greets with Santa and Mrs Claus seated or roaming your event. We also have our helper elf "Dwindle", who can join us to help distribute candy canes, stickers, or gifts of your choosing to large groups.

We will arrive to your event fully in costume and in character.

Deposits & Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable only if the event is canceled by JERSEY SANTA or due to a true Force Majeure event. (Force Majeure isn’t rain — clients should provide an indoor or covered backup for outdoor events. No free “rain dates” on prime dates.) Deposits are not refundable if the event is canceled by the client, if insufficient contact/address info is provided, or if the facility is unsafe or unacceptable for the Jersey Santa team. JERSEY SANTA is not responsible for any damages due to canceled events and reserves the right to send alternate performers to fulfill the contract.

Large Events & Timing: For large gatherings, please provide helpers to manage lines and crowds. JERSEY SANTA must depart promptly at the booked end time to reach other events. Additional time, if available, will be billed at the full quoted rate.

Liability / Safety: JERSEY SANTA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur at the event venue. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for JERSEY SANTA team, guests, and helpers.

Santa and Mrs Claus can adapt to most event scenarios, both indoors and outdoors. Seating for the duo is recommended for events longer than 30 minutes.

For groups of more than ten children, we request that you provide "helpers" to facilitate the queue and coordinating of time with Santa for each child or family.

If you are providing candy or gifts to be distributed for your guests, please ensure in advance of our arrival that all items are clean, unbroken, and ready for distribution with the level of quality that people would expect from Santa. (example, large boxes of candy canes sometimes can become broken or sticky in transit)
