* Reliable sound system appropriate for the venue size
* Wireless handheld microphone preferred (lapel mic optional depending on format)
* Access to a sound technician or DJ for coordination of cues (if applicable)

**Lighting**

* Standard event lighting is sufficient
* Basic stage or spotlighting is helpful for larger venues, but not required

**Staging & Setup**

* Clear access to stage or central speaking area
* Podium optional depending on event style
* Run sheet or event timeline provided in advance (or coordinated prior to event)

**Pre-Event Coordination**
