What to expect
Expect a feel-good, nostalgic musical experience with a personal touch. My repertoire draws from familiar songs across rock, pop, soul, and singer-songwriter music, brought to life through my voice, guitar playing, and carefully crafted backing tracks.
I aim to put my own character into every song while preserving the feeling that made the original special. As a performer, I’m not overly showy or constantly talking between songs. I prefer to let the music speak for itself and create an atmosphere that feels natural, relaxed, and memorable.
Whether you’re looking for laid-back background music, a soulful soundtrack for a special occasion, or something that draws people in and keeps them listening, I tailor the performance to the atmosphere of your event.
About
Jeremiah James is an innovative and genre-defying musician who merges elements of funk, rock, jazz, and singer-songwriter music with a unique approach to sound and storytelling. His music transports audiences into worlds of emotion, exploration, and sonic discovery.
Born in Dallas and raised in Colorado, Jeremiah moved to California in 2018 and began pursuing music full-time in 2020. Primarily self-taught, he has spent years developing his craft as a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and performer. For the past three years, he has also been enrolled in MGL, continuing to deepen his musical education and artistry.
Originally trained as an engineer, Jeremiah worked in the field for three years before making the decision to leave his engineering career and pursue music full-time. Today, he brings that same creativity, discipline, and attention to detail to every performance.

I provide a complete, professional sound system for my performances, including:
PRS electric guitar
Boss GT-100 effects and amp modeling processor
Two Bose S1 PRO PA speakers
Mackie mixer
Professional microphones, cables, and necessary audio equipment
My setup is fully self-contained, so clients generally do not need to provide sound equipment. However, If your venue requires an amphitheater level of sound, my PA is not capable of producing this level. But in general, I can accommodate both intimate settings and larger events, with the flexibility to tailor the setup to the venue and performance.
