I’m Jen Anders, a singer-songwriter and bandleader based in Valdosta, Georgia. My music moves through Southern roots, Americana, blues, folk, country and rock, carried by a low, smoky alto. I bring familiar songs with a fresh angle, original songwriting, and a love of the moments when people start feeling like good company.
The setup changes with the gathering:
• Solo — voice and acoustic guitar, with space for the songs and stories.
• Duo or acoustic trio — more instrumental texture, harmony and musical conversation.
• Jen Anders full band — a fuller expression of my originals and wide-ranging repertoire.
• JenSing & The Usual Supplements — a larger, groove-centered soul, funk and roots show.
Specialty projects include Jen Anders & The Public Domain, ElephantsGerald and The A.L.E. Community offerings include Music for the Common Ground and Sing & Share with Jen.
From private celebrations and corporate gatherings to breweries, listening rooms, festivals and community programs, the aim stays the same: the right music in the right room.
Technical details are discussed for the selected lineup and venue. Please share your approximate guest count, whether the performance is indoors or outdoors, and details of any sound or lighting equipment already available. Lineup, travel and production details will be reflected in the event proposal.
Event insurance can be obtained for an individual event if necessary. Please share any venue insurance requirements when requesting a quote.
