With 10 years of performing experience, my harp music can lighten up and give that extra touch of elegance to any wedding, tea party, or church service.
Price Range: $300-$2000
Gig Length: 45 - 360 minutes
What to Expect
The harp sounds best in quieter environments so if a party is too large of raucous hiring a harpist might not be the best idea. I need an area about 4x4 feet to place the harp, bench, and stand.
I started playing the harp when I was 9 years old, and have kept up with it since. I've done numerous gigs for church services, regularly perform for St Jude, and have done funeral services. I find that music helps me to concentrate on how to express myself the most concisely.
Currently I'm a freshman in college studying for an engineering degree with a music minor. I am able to substitute for my own harp teacher's lessons with the smaller kids, which is nice since I enjoy teaching children. Overall harp is a big part of my life and I'm very thankful that I have the financial resources from my parents to afford to play it, and I hope that by doing gigs I can show them that I can thrive.
Additional Booking Notes
Generally I can't take the harp up more than three steps by myself. If there's an elevator or ramp I can take it to an elevated setting, but otherwise if there are stairs then I would require assistance.
