Jemeena Bellydance

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jameena. Her dancing was superb and she really drew the audience in. My guests were SO happy to dance with her at my party. She is not only talented and beautiful, but also a very sweet, genuine person.

I used Jemeena for a "going away" party for my brother who is terminally ill. (Think wake BEFORE the funeral) She did a great job and really brought a level of fun and excitement to a somewhat somber event. She showed up as scheduled and did a great job. I had guests coming up to me afterwards remarking that they had seen other dancers but Jemeema was by far the best. She literally lights up when she dances.

I booked Jemeena for a bachelorette party belly dance lesson and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Prior to the event, Jemeena was great with follow-up and in finding ways to make the event personalized for the bride. The lesson space (Taverna 19 in the Strip District) offered a cool atmosphere and added positively to the lesson. Each of the 12 girls in attendance had a fun lesson and we continued our learned moves throughout the night in Taverna's courtyard (and at the wedding one week later). Jemeena not only taught us basic fundamentals of belly dance technique, but she also educated us on the cultural side of the art. I will definitely remember Jemeena for future similar events and will be sure to refer others to her, as well. Thanks, Jemeena!
