Jeff learned the art of caricature while attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1983. Jeff was a student of John Johns - one of the most renowned caricature artists in the U.S.
In addition to his caricature work, Jeff is an internationally syndicated cartoonist with more than 30 million weekly readers.
Jeff continually strives to master his craft and has been drawing caricatures and entertaining audiences for the past 36 years.
Jeffrey is one of the faster caricature artists around. He averages around 20 faces per hour, but is capable of up to 35-40 faces per hour when an assistant is assigned to handle wrapping or bagging the finished artwork.
