Raquel and her Jazz, Bossa nova, and Latin Band for Weddings and Event

November 14, 2012 We hired Raquel for an alumni reception at the Disney Museum, and our guests are still raving about the band. The music was perfect for the atmosphere, we even had people dancing, which we never get. It was lively enough to keep the crowd entertained, but not so overwhelming that people were still able to carry on conversations. I have been a big follower of Raquel's music since 2005, I had finally caught up with her in 2013 and found out she is still the best Filipino & Latin salsa local bay area band out there and still making a big name for herself and the band. My wife and I decided to hire her and her musically vocally talented team to cater to our wedding, which made it even more memorable being of Filipino decent an my wife being 1/2 Italian & 1/2 Costa Rican. Raquel & her band sang & performed Latin & Filipino music throughout the reception, she also join me for a little salsa dance session. On top of that she sang beautiful traditional Filipino wedding song for me & my wife which made it even more memorable night for us. If you ever get the opportunity to hear about them playing anywhere here in the Bay area make sure to check them out and make sure to wear your dancing shoes that night cause Raquel & her band will have you dancing the night away with there sexy sultry jazzy sounds!
