I've been playing guitar for over a decade, gigging seriously the last few years, everything from stripped-down acoustic sets to full band arrangements. I backed the live band for a Roc Nation artist, opened for Tierra Whack and Destin Conrad with my Black art collective and played in several showcases and random events. I care about actually being good at your event, not just showing up and playing through a setlist. I pay attention to the room, I'm easy to work with, and I bring real energy, not just competence. I'm also a grad student at SCAD studying creative business leadership, so I take the whole experience seriously, not just the playing part. Look forward to meeting you :)
