I started with education in political science and economics with a side of journalism at Humboldt State University. I was also an activist leader of numerous clubs and student government spending lots of time public speaking hosting events (documentary screenings, author lectures, etc) and ranting in the one-hour free speech "zone" on campus. I've always had an odd way of viewing the world and using words. Moments when I'd have to wait for laughter to subside led me to performing comedy as a more palatable platform to make change.

In recent years I've gotten certification as a personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise, plant-based nutrition from Cornell U, and the science of well-being from Yale U. What I call the nonsense economy seeks to capitalize on bogus solutions rather than address the root causes of societies woes which are not as profitable or beneficial to people. I like to say trusting the government and corporations to cure a malady is like listening to the band The Cranberries to cure a bladder infection.

I have a Soundboks bluetooth speaker with two wireless mics. I also have a Fender 150 PA with mics. If needed to provide my own amplification I would charge extra for use of the equipment and setup/breakdown/transport. I also have a nice Epson 1795f 3200-lumen projector that can do image size up to 300 inches. That would be more relevant for a trivia night or DJing moreso than comedy. I also have a 2,000-watt Honda generator if power is needed.
