August 25, 2021Jason and the band were a wonderful addition to our 1st corporate family event held on-site and outside. They had a good variety of music for all ages and we saw employees tapping their feet and singing along. When asked to make announcements, they did so without hesitation and where always energetic. We would welcome them back for our next event!

Jason Hackner is a Charlotte, NC-based performer, producer, and creative director working across live music and immersive theatre. He leads the Big Ol Jason Hackner Band, bringing soul, R&B, and pop to venues, private events, and festivals across the Charlotte region — built on tight pocket, real vocal harmony, and a band that reads a room.
Jason is also a regular performer with the Tosco Music Party house band and the founder of Jason Plus Productions, where he writes and directs original interactive musical theatre. A University of Michigan-trained vocalist and Chicago Idol/Vortex Grand Champion winner, he brings three decades of stage experience to every booking — corporate events, private parties, clubs, and listening rooms alike.
