Overview

Raised in the legend-filled, limestone land of Tennessee, Jason Lee Wilson naturally blends the spirit of the old west with a little southern “branch” for a refined mixture of rockabilly, traditional country, and gospel music. With the talented James County, he celebrates stories of the legends and the land that shaped them along the Way.

About

Born out of the red clay in Bradley County, Tennessee he was carried across White Oak mountain to a land where generations of his people are buried. His first musical memories begin at age 4 in Knoxville with a 33 rpm record of cowboy songs and echoes of WIVK playing then new music from John Anderson and Dwight Yoakam. He would leave the shadow of the Smoky Mountains and find his upbringin' and surrogate home on the Cumberland Plateau. There he began the continuing journey that has carried a mere country boy to more than 15 countries to share the music and the gospel that has been given him.
Jason authors a unique mixture of rockabilly, traditional country and gospel that's as fresh as a clear mountain mornin' receiving reviews such as, "this is timeless country music that you wouldn’t believe was cut in the 21st Century" and "Jason Lee Wilson's music is everything country music should be"
