Jason Jenkins and his ensemble are flexible and easy to work with. Here’s what’s typically needed to ensure the best possible performance:
• For Solo Bass or Small Acoustic Sets: Minimal setup required — one standard electrical outlet if amplification is needed.
• Access to standard power outlets for instrument amplification and any provided PA.
• For larger events, a professional sound system with microphones (including upright bass mic or DI box), monitors, and a sound tech is recommended.
• Lighting: Basic ambient or stage lighting preferred. Jason does not travel with lighting equipment.
Jason is happy to coordinate with event planners or AV staff in advance to make sure setup runs smoothly. Custom configurations and ensembles are available upon request.
