Jasmyn Imani Choreography

As a choreographer, my priority is always to create work that accentuates the strengths of each dancer and/or group. I have been trained in many styles including: Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, and Ballet. Each of these styles inform the nature of my work, creating a unique sense of movement in any space. My work hinges on the use of geometry, constantly moving and creating designs intended to create interest for any audience viewing. Most importantly, my love of the artform shines in each work I create. Whether jazz or contemporary, each work will leave the dancers in the space and audience alike connected with its emotional nature.
