Jarray tries not to harp on one note, but instead, takes his audience through a range of emotions to keep them engaged. However, his favorite tools are laughter and storytelling.

One of his main goals is to make the planner look good. He will customize the message to fit the planner's vision. Prior to the event he stays in contact and will check-in as the date nears to put everyone's mind at rest.

As someone who has made a living for himself in the hospitality industry, he is always courteous, polite and professional.

Jarray is a hospitality professional of over 11 years that worked his way up the ladder from cleaner to General Manager. He has been a team leader for ten of the eleven years, and helped several employees move into management positions.

His main focus is helping people re-brand themselves, whether professionally or personally, in order to achieve their desired goals.

Jarray is a native of Hampton Roads, Virginia that now resides in Maryland.
